Boost your productivity on the go and take advantage of the latest technologies with an ultra-rugged laptop equipped with Intel® Core™ Ultra processors from the Meteor Lake generation, including an AI processor, Intel® AI Boost and Arc Graphics. These provide up to 16 cores and 4.8 GHz turbo clock speed for increased speed and efficiency.
With up to 64 GB of RAM, smooth operation is guaranteed at all times, even during more complex processes. A removable high-speed NVMe storage device with a capacity of up to 2 TB is available as a data storage medium. This provides you with sufficient space for the apps, images and documentation that you need for your work. You can use the expansion slot to expand the internal memory by a further storage device for up to 4 TB of total storage.

Your new notebook comes with Microsoft Windows 11 Pro to give you the highest performance, best-in-class security and an intuitive user experience. During the development of the Rockbook X540 G3, special attention was paid to ensuring excellent visibility in bright daylight.
The clear and brilliant 14-inch full HD screen offers a sunlight-readable brightness of 1000 nits and is optional with a capacitive, glove-operable multi-touch function. Should you ever find yourself working in the twilight rather than in sunlight, the backlit keyboard is there to support you.
Lightning-fast connectivity
Establish a stable connection wherever your work requires it. The Rockbook X540 G3 scores with comprehensive features and connectivity. Two Gigabit Ethernet ports allow for a secure connection of up to two networks or machines, along with three USB ports and a Thunderbolt 4 port.
With ultra-fast data transfer using Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth® 5.2, all data can be synchronized in no time. Even outside the company building, you remain reliably connected with the Rockbook X540 G3 thanks to optional 4G LTE or 5G. A dedicated high-quality GPS module from uBlox helps you with precise location.
Security & Manageability
Strong security is an important factor for businesses – the Rockbook X540 G3 can fully deliver here. In addition to the numerous strong Windows 11 security features, authentication is supported by a fingerprint sensor. If you want to quickly block access to the device, simply press the dedicated button.
For high data security, all storage drives are user-removable. Protection is provided by the integrated Trusted Platform Module (TPM 2.0), which meets the industry standard EAL4+ and enables improved authentication and drive encryption. Some environments can be sensitive, which is why the rugged laptop has a slider that covers the integrated 5-megapixel camera, as well as a switch that quickly terminates all wireless connections.
Durable mobility and compact design
With a thickness of less than five centimeters, a convenient carrying handle and a weight of just 2.94 kg, the Rockbook X540 G3 can be easily taken anywhere. You can work all day without interruption thanks to a hot-swappable battery, without having to connect the laptop to a power outlet. A powerful power adapter ensures that your notebook is quickly recharged.
Built to work as hard as you do
The Rockbook X540 G3 features a rugged, durable chassis that has been thoroughly tested to the US military standard MIL-STD 810H. It works in the cold, rain or when wearing gloves, making multitasking easier even in difficult environments.
Designed for extreme conditions: It is fully protected against water and dust thanks to IP65, as well as being resistant to salt mist and fungal attack. It can withstand temperatures from -20°C to +60°C and falls from a height of up to 1.2 m. The design with a waterproof fan ensures that your laptop stays cool and efficient even during intensive tasks.
Future-proof through AI
Rockbook X540 G3 is more than just a laptop. It offers you a variety of intelligent features thanks to the latest AI technologies and specially developed processors of the latest generation. The integrated Intel® AI Boost offers you, among other things, fast image and video analysis and the automation of routine tasks.
This gives you the option, for example, of analyzing videos and images faster in your production for quality control purposes. The AI helps you to improve error rates in production and logistics or to avoid them almost entirely. The areas of application are very wide-ranging and include predictive maintenance of machines and instruments, process optimization in production and manufacturing, and warehouse management.
Rockbook X540 G3 is compatible with the AI frameworks OpenVINO™, WindowsML, DirectML, ONNX RT and also offers a dedicated Copilot button for direct access to Microsoft’s AI assistant. By pressing this button, you can immediately access artificial intelligence support for your daily work.
